Especially for all kinds of large forgings of shaft, disk, ring and cylinder, which are core components of transmission or power machinery, the requirements are more stringent.

Hongsheng has the production capacity of various shaft parts, disk parts, cylinder/ring parts used in large-scale marine and offshore engineering. Shaft parts include screw shafts rudder stocks, intermediate shafts, thrust shafts, couplings, piston rods, motor shafts, etc. with shaft diameters within 600mm and flange diameters within 1500mm. Disk parts include bases, gears, etc. with outer diameter no more than 1500mm and heights no more than 500mm. Cylinders/rings include cylinder seals with outer diameter no more than 800mm, etc.
