Metallurgical machinery refers to various machinery and equipment used in the smelting, ingot casting, rolling, handling and packaging processes of the metallurgical industry. Due to the complex process of the metallurgical industry, metallurgical machinery has huge structure, large energy consumption and continuous production equipment, and most of the metallurgical equipment works in high temperature, dusty, and corrosive environments. Rolls in metallurgical machinery are in direct or indirect contact with the rolled piece during the rolling process, forcing the rolled piece to produce plastic deformation, and therefore bear great rolling pressure, rolling torque, static load and dynamic load.
