Since its establishment in 1994, Jiangsu Hongsheng Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Hongsheng Group) has been focusing on the development and production of special steel castings and forgings, and mechanical parts. The main products: high-quality die steel, heavy-load gears, wind power spindles, motor shafts, high-pressure boiler tube blanks, rolls, petroleum machinery drilling tools, barrel forgings, square and round and rectangle, ring forgings, cake forgings and all kinds of shaped forgings. Products are widely used in wind power, rail transportation, port machinery, mining machinery, petrochemical equipment, automobiles, ships, power stations, metallurgy and other industries.

As a leading die steel supplier in China, Hongsheng Group insists on the business philosophy of “Golden Quality, Golden Service”. It has long-term strategic cooperation with major institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions and is a research and development base for doctoral programs of some key institutions. There are more than 280 middle and senior technical personnel. A strong technical team has been formed to produce, sell and research. The Group has already formed a complete industrial chain of “steel casting →forging→heat treatment→machining”. There are 2 sets of 32t electric furnaces, one LF refining, one VD and one VODC, and 4 sets of 5～15t electric slag furnace with protective atmosphere. 1 set of 1600 tons fast forging machine, 1 set of 50MN forging machine, 11 sets of 750kg~5 tons of forging hammer, more than 20 sets of various heat treatment equipment and dozens of heavy load lathes, milling machines, boring machines, drilling machines, etc. Machining equipment, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of various castings and forgings and mechanical parts. The Group is a backbone enterprise of China Special Steel Institute and Forging Association. the company has won “Jiangsu Province Quality and Credit Five-Star Enterprise”, “Jiangsu Famous Brand Enterprise” and “Jiangsu Market Famous Brand Product” and “AAA Credit Enterprise” for many years.
